Sorry, no photos....

I have today been and taken up the tiles, UFH and 6mm ply. I noticed there was slight deflection in the floor so decided to remove the chipboard floor and replace with 25mm ply. The joists underneath are those 'I-beam' joists which comprise of two lengths of 3x2 CLS bridged with a vertical strip of 12mm OSB Sterling board.

I am going back tomorrow to nog between the joists where possible, and intend on boarding it with 25mm ply, before laying the UFH. I then intend on using a flexi SLC on top of UFH before tiling onto with Nicobond Rapid Flex ady.

Is there anything else I need to do to prevent me having to rip it all up again?

You wouldn't use hbb as your substrate only surely?
Isn't carrot removing the chipboard and replacing it with ply?
