Hi Guys!
be so kind and advise me on how you would spec this wetroom....
timber floor+client wants ufh...tiles are 900x450 porc and floor height is an issue.i have a terrible fealing that i will have to reinforce the joists with new timbers to bring them level(the floor has a good sag)
do i have to insulate ontop of the ply?can i just put celotex between the joists instead?

walls going back to brick.same tiles on walls.....just wanted to put it out to see who prefers what!

Budget is good for this one but time isnt therefore am lost in the wedi, pci, marmox, aquadissintegrate, fiddlepanel, toolittlepanel, dot and dab and dowel, dot and dab and pray, batten pb+tank,pb and afm,ply and tank maze....:dizzy2:
ta muchly for any inputs :8:

Best to insulate onto of the ply as the ply is not thermally stable, see Aaron at U Heat for 6mm boards.

Sort out the joists as much as possible before proceeding.

If your paranoid then insulate over the ply, there is just a 1% difference between insulation and ply re heat loss etc. Between the joists to keep hight down if you must insulate.
