hi guys, how much u think for this one?

just been to look at a quote, said would get back to them,

its 15m2 porcelain on floor(not polished) 450 x 450, on concrete

14m2 kitchen walls with 100 x 100 porcelain tiles, four colours in pattern(1 window, above and below units, and 1 door to go around.)

Does the floor need self levelled, ie are the tiles rectified? (if so add another 100 quid)
Id be in and around £20 a m2 for the floor but 14m2 fo 10x10's will be pretty slow (for me) in comparison, especially above units, maybe do it on dayrate, say 3-4 days.

So depending on how long you think it will take, 700-800 quid without materials.

thanks for the replys, got the job at 900 including matterials, sounds about same as you guys are coming in at, so am happy with that, oh and no floor doesnt need self leveling, thanks again,

Its funny how we all calculate prices. I would have quoted £795 inc mats, and I base that on if I was quoting for the job in London!! Well done on getting the job. Cheers Sean
