Does the floor need self levelled, ie are the tiles rectified? (if so add another 100 quid)
Id be in and around £20 a m2 for the floor but 14m2 fo 10x10's will be pretty slow (for me) in comparison, especially above units, maybe do it on dayrate, say 3-4 days.

So depending on how long you think it will take, 700-800 quid without materials.
