Is it best to have a variable speed grinder or is it fine with a regular grinder?

Rubi max speed 14,000 rpm

if interested. and if you understand
I wanted to specify something.
the cutter heads for drill. they need different speeds. little faster. large slow.
while cutter heads. for grinder m14. normal speed. It should be ok.
I used the same system. of the drill, even with m14. (Now only drill and water))


just one example, where is specified rpm
