...oh and I left it overnight any way before tiling so don't think it would have made much difference whether I used rapid or not. Find the homelux mat a touch thick though!
 
Flexible powdered adhesive with a 3 / 4mm mosaic trowel thats all there is too it.

Have a check they gave you the right one as homelux make a wall and floor membrane for topps being the geniuses they are ............

Dont think of using tubbed wall adhesive

It was Deffo wall stuff Tony. Was still much thicker than your stuff though and I thought it didn't feel quite as robust as yours,
 
Its why we sell Dura-wp its top notch stuff that as well as being fleeced also stretches under movement ensuring a secure tank m8...........

Wetroom & tanking adhesive recomendation :

C2 adhesive, that is an enhanced cement powdered adhesive.

To be mixed with water on site.

Colours generally white and grey

Some of them :

Nicobond Rapidflex
Mapei Kerafloor
Benferflex
Bal SPF



As a guide, if it can be used for porcelain tiles then its a C2
