cheers mate, got a repair quote to do on friday so im getting the calls in slowley but at least im getting something. im working tomorrow too. a kitchen, i got a call from a joiner company to do this tiling for them. hopefully it gets me more work.

Nah, nothing from yell yet but you never know. I done a big floor last week and doing a kitchen this week (walls and floor) but nothing lined up after that, still aint had any calls from anywhere yet, buit its been nice to get out and earn some cash. Takes the strain off for a while, am still very possitive about everything ansd know that it wont last forever. when it comes back it will come back big time, the sooner the better though :smilewinkgrin:

In Denmark where I'm from the government has funded some money for people to apply for so people can have improvements done to whatever as long as they use professionals. Deal is that people get I think 25% of the labour paid (not sure if mat also) to get the wheels going again.
It all sounds very well, problem is just that they got so many applications that it will take until after summer to approve them lucky ones and that everyone is holding back booking trading jobs until they know if they get some funding for it, so trades men in Denmark are really worse off these months. No jobs until autumn by the look at it. :mad2:

i have been asking the customers. there is a log on yell.com that lets you see how many people have veiwed your ad. at least im working now so as long as i get something each week long may it continue,. :hurray:

took a long time and went through a lot of jobs I did't want to do gave some custom work away to show people what could be done now have a waiting list and no weekends or it seems I never get a weekend I want a day off. when I take a day off I feel like I should be working.

We have jobs booked each day for the next two months too. All arranged last week which is pretty amazing feeling. :hurray:
