How far booked up?

I'm booked up till Christmas and then I'm back project managing full time as of January but still doing all the bathrooms and kitchens on the sites I'm managing. As for things getting behind that's just life I'm running 3 weeks behind at the moment I just keep everybody up to date and move things about without upsetting anyone.

and what happens when something ***** up,when you are all so far advanced with the workload?

Use weekends as a buffer, I don't like working them but, sometimes it's needed if jobs run over a little.

im no more than a couple of weeks booked in at a time.....don't mind that, as I find it less stress full

im with you on that one andy allen ,two to three weeks does for me ,to much hastle with any more than that,also i find that no body ever wants to wait for the tiler they want it done last week type of thing,or is it different elsewhere?

yep thats what i find also,so i dont know how theese others do it to be quite honest

booked till 1st october atm which im happy with racked up 340 hours work in july which was no fun but when the works there i take it as i know it can go the other way just as quick

think I could almost guarantee if someone rang me now to do there bathroom and I said I could squeeze them in in December, I wouldn't get a look in...:lol:
