Got a figure in mind but want to see if i am getting any better at this pricing lark :)
Bathroom walls, nice and flat not long been plastered. Nothing in the room except a bath. Tiles customer is looking at are 33 x 45 cm laid horizontal (as in 45cm horizontal) in a brick pattern. 14sqm to be laid, i am to supply addy and grout.
Also floor which is just under 4sqm 33 x 33.
Thx

They are asking for brick patern yes, what £ per meterage were you gunna put that down as. If worked out from your figures with no more work I'd have to go at £575 -600.
Working at £400 your only given yourself £22.50 per mtr average. Your working to a patern albeit not dificult but you can charge for that mate. The floors not big so to put this simple a £575 - £600 gives you a £30-33 (patern and floor) average. You can break it down if need be.

thought 350 for walls and 125 for floor 475-500 i would have thought.get what you can Penno and if you undercharge put it down to experience and at the end of the day you are getting paid for what you originally asked.iN ADDITION,if you turn up and they have bought natural stone tiles tell them the price will be different as there is more work involved ie,cutting ,mixing adhesive, sealing x 2 or 3 times.Good luck mate.

well this is it, you can gain a ball park figure on here, but we are all over the countryand different rates and some are just better established than others. Also I've noticed alot how we price up differently according to the job in hand and what we're quicker at (I presume).
