I need a tiler to do a job at Vue Basingstoke Festival Place
Festival Place
Basingstoke
Hampshire
RG21 7BB

It is 40sqm of 100x100 tiles ceramic. Grout will be done in a bluel. It is a back wall of ticket counter. Newly built
It has to be done on Tuesday and be finished on the wednesday. (day work)
All materials will be supplied to finish job... Adhesive, grout ect
You just need your tools and expertise.

Price for doing the work is dahdah £600.00

Is anyone interested.

If you can find a tiler who can install & grout 40m2 floor over 2 days
with 3 days notice you will be lucky my friend.... im guessing your
oer committed workwise to meet the deadline...?

Caledonian, it's a wall, not a floor.

If it was a floor with decent sized tiles then you might have a chance, but wall tiling with 100's, and all the painstakingly messy coloured grout as well, all done in 2 days.... and for £15 a sqm... jeeeszzzz

That's a lot of graft for not that much really, and to get it done within 2 days, that's going to be nearly a 48 hr shift, :lol:

I know it sounds bad to say I would knock back £300 per day, but In my case, I don't think I could do it in 2 days, including grouting 40 sqm of coloured grout, that's the main killer.
I think getting 20 sqm on the wall in one normal day with 100's is decent going as it is, so do that twice, and you have your 40 sqm of tiling done in 2 days, then you have a massive grouting job on top, and your already out of time.

Come on then, is anyone gonna tackle this :joker:

just tiled two bathrooms in two days. one 21 sqm one 19 sqm back tomorrow to grout both up. normally do around 16 sqm a day walls and 20 sqm floors

not only the time limit its the price,600 quid for that. Would mean a 48 hour shift.
Times that price by 3 and you might get an interest, but i doubt it.
