You need Alkaline resistant mesh tape... they sell it in wickes and some tile shops..

What is the purpose of the tape?

Don't need to prime concrete mate, just clean it properly with water or dilute primer 1:3 with water if surface dusty, on the joints I would use flexi adhesive with fiber glass mesh, don't waste Silicon for insulating boards joints, i would use SLC with fiber glass bits inside, try ''mira'' SLC good stuff

I paid £212 for 40 sheets of 1200x600x10mm

Cheaper than many but still seems a bit steep when it turns up and looks like dense foam packaging!!

Seems to have gone down alright though!
