they've been cheeky but you'll look much cooler by not complaining and laughing it off. anyway, if they turn round and say the girl agreed to the photo bla bla bla, it can get technical and legal and then you'll end up having to pay lawyers to stop things and you throw money and face down the drain......you win some, you lose some.
