The Big Clinker will be fine for you. I'd also suggest a grinder with decent blade which shouldn't set you back more than £50, then make sure you get ear defenders and a good set of safety glasses. (dust mask is good idea too)
Obviously you can only cut outside, but with a bit of practise you will get far better results than you would with anything less than a truly professional wet saw.
I cant use the grinder outside I'm in a flat, no garden. If you were me a DIY first time tiling what wet saw would you buy, not rent?
