I have never found that to be the case, used 110v all my life on site - 240v too on some domestics and I can't see the difference. 9 inch grinders too.Because 110 grinders are woefully underpowered.
No your absolutely right Paul, and that’s the way I intend to use it.Doesn't really have to be "accurate" though if you just use it to transpose measurements ( I know that's a bit of an oxymoron..)
