My eldest with have the heating on, fire on, led on settee with her dressing gown on and quilt over her and still say she is cold , in the middle of bloody summer

Why is it when it's 24 degrees outside all the windows are open and my wife says it's hot, but in the winter it's 24degrees inside and with a duvet still cold????

I've been on a job today where the old lady doesn't leave the house, was like working in a sauna, small room, no windows, me grafting my knackers off, bloody tiles were steaming up.

I always turn heating off if I'm there and no ones in and it's too hot

It went off sharpish. Window was open too. Heating on and window open. I scratch my head at that.
