[Time's Ran Out]

I never met him.
I never spoke to him.
We typed!
We discussed cricket,weather,tiling and family.
He took his own life on 1st January 2015 -summer in Tasmania.
I shall miss him - a real Trusted Advisor.

yep, same here John, we kept in touch after he left this forum, he really was a gent. Not ashamed to say that I shed a few tears when I heard the news.

I feel the same way about Jay, we kept in touch, he was a gent it is a shame his wife and family will receive no insurance. Some of his forum friends have started a fund for his family it may not help that much, more a show of respect for the man.

Likewise, exchanged emails now and again and seemed happy to take some of everyone elses burden but never to unload his own, such a tragic loss.
He will be sadly missed.
