Looks like Kate and Will have won the initial case against French mag Closer.

Well done to them for taking a strong view on it.

While I don't think it should be a huge topic, after all, they're only pictures we see of other 'celebs' all day long in such mags. I do think that their privacy should be honoured. It's hardly the typical photoshoot on a beech that's been paid-for although made to look like 'exclusive snaps'. etc.

The photographer was 1 mile away! Its a joke! She was doing nothing wrong, in the privacy of a private villa of which they thought (and well within their rights) wouldnt have been able to be seen!

What's more worrying is that it could have been a sniper, with much worse consequences than a picture in a 3rd rate "celebrity" rag.
