Kirstie's fill your house for free

Just been watching 'Kirstie Allsops fill your hous for free' ...Yes very sad I know.
Where they do up your house for free or on the cheap. One person had a new bathroom, new tiling done by a plumber.
The very dodgy tiling caught my eye....some lovely neat holes cut round the pipes and filled with blue grout.
