yeah that is true, happens a lot to hubby. and when Voda send updates to the phone every morning, sometimes that can stall it as well. maybe newer built versions will be a bit more reliable, who knows.

Hi Liz, does this bother him enough to want to change the phone??

Hi Liz, does this bother him enough to want to change the phone??

nah. his blackberry is his other woman like TF is my other man/men

he's addicted to the Apps and all its features. he didn't need a blackberry at all, but loves all the different things he can do on it.

if you buy online, you get a cooling off period, so if you don't like the phone you can send it back. whereas if you buy from a shop, you don't get a cooling off period.

Some shops do still offer the 14 day cooling off  just ask before you buy.

anything bought online (as you have already mentioned) or over the phone must have a cooling off period due to distance selling regulations

I'm getting my upgrade direct from TMobile, so not sure about a cooling off period...

Thing is I've got a Curve 8900 which has buttons, so if the Storm is no good at work, i'll just take the Curve:thumbsup:

Just really needed to hear what the Storm2 is like from someone that actually has one..I've been on the Crackberry forum and it's quite a 50/50 split between Storm2 and Bold 9700:mad2:

Oh what the hell, I'm going to ring them now and sort out a Storm2:lol:

How does that work then Mark??

You generally get 7 days when you get an upgrade over the phone to decide if your happy with the phone or not....

BUT and its a BIG but.... the networks are now very sneaky and some won't take the phone back if it's been turned on (used) so be very careful

I would always pick a phone I Know I'm not going to want to send back

I'm looking to get a cople of PAYG phones for my 2 daughters as well - you reckon if I throw that into the bargain Tmobile might reduce the contract offer from 24 months to 18months??

To put it bluntly, no , because they do not make any money when you buy a PAYG phone in fact they lose money untill you start to top up

:hurray::hurray:THANK THE LORD ABOVE!!!:hurray::hurray:

Just spoken to 'Mitch' at T-Mobile and have signed up for another 2 years:thumbsdown: and am getting a Storm 2 tomorrow:thumbsup:

He said it's in my contract that if the phone is no good then I can officially blame GRR Liz for saying her hubby loves his so much:lol:

£20 quids per month and I get a seven day, no quibble return policy on the handset if I don't like it.
