Right I went with the Blackberry Bold 9700 in the end and it seems perfect for me.

Well done Neale mate:thumbsup:tremendous phone:thumbsup:

I just got the Storm 2 after much deliberation (Which United Mark will confirm!), simply because I have had BB's for ages now and fancied a change but wanted to stay with BB:thumbsup:

I love mine:hurray:

I am with 3 network and currently pay £15 per month for 500 mins any network and 300mins 3-3 and have a phone that well makes calls:lol:
got a call contract up for renewal could have same price plan with extra no limit internet and e.mails etc and an upgrade on the phone.
thought good deal and as im away alot email would be handy so agreed.
wish i hadnt got it on sat wroung phone what a pile of rubbish not what they had promised me:mad2:
so contacted 3 and they said it wasnt them that i did the deal with, well he told me he was from three i said:incazzato:
any way found out it was a distributor contacted them told them and i spoke to someone else and they said i wasnt on that tariff i was now being charged £30 a month, so i told them to stick it and have it back:prrr: they told me that i had been using it no i hadnt i said the phone hasn't been out of the box, but they informed me i am using the new tariff on my old phone and as it has been used i am in the contract:mad2:
so i told them that i was sending it back as it says on the paperwork that i have seven days to return it to them with it unopened which it hasnt been and they can cancel the contract. so i have sent it back and contacted 3 mobile and they cant do anything as it wasnt direct with them:mad2: so im giving it 48 hrs and gonna contact them and see if they cancelled it if not i will stop the direct debit and go else where!
and if need be i will goto court over this as they havent delivered what they said,
I am absoloutley fuming over this:incazzato::incazzato::incazzato:

Hey guys, i just all these posts and cant believe no one recommended the iphone! i pay 35 a month on o2 business and get more minutes and tects than i can shake a stick at...
the iphone is the best phone ive ever used, and like you all ive had some phones,
the ease of using the phone is second to none, took me a few days to get my head around it all, but its like walking around with pc in your pocket.
A customer can ring me up, i can book an appointment in my diary/calander on my iphone, set an alarm to remind me, and make notes about the job all while still on the phone..then the notes automaticaly pick up the address then links you to googlemaps.
its got the best voicemail and email cilent system ive seen on a phone. Also you can add all your expenses and reciepts in your phone and automaticallytransfer them to your pcs xl. Also i can have a look through tilersforum while im having a sarnie at lunch if i like.
Its just perfect phone for me while out at work.
And the screen does scracth on crack easily and its had plenty of grout dropped on it.
My missus has a blackberry bold and thats very good to, but for different reasons.

Steve I really feel for you mate as I used to worked for 3 for 4 years and I would hear this story so many times its so frustrating for both you and 3 when a 3rd party company cold calls and miss sells. you are correct you have a 7 day cooling off period by law. Hope you get it sorted mate. one tip - please dont cancel the direct debit to 3, I know you don't want to and shouldn't pay it but 3 have a very good collections department and will cause you all sorts of problems. once you get it all sorted you can claim back any overpayments.
