Looking for a tiler in SE London/Kent-Welling and advice on chipboard floor/day rates

Hi there I am looking for atiler to tile 2 bathrooms both wall and floor with a small amount of plumbing work (replacing bath moving taps and replacing shower) My house is only 2 years old so walls etc are in good condition.

The floors are chipboard and I have been told they need to bo taken out and replaced with 25mm ply can anyone offer advice?

I have had 1 tiler quote who seemed very good and had good advice but his day rate was £170 excluding any materials which seemed very expensive again can anyone confirm?

Also if there are any tilers that would be interested in quoting I would be delighted to hear
