Looks like the floor has sunk

This floor has been down for 3 years. The only place it has sunk is where new screed was laid. Anybody seen something like this before ? No tiles cracked.

Yes wet for the screed and electric on existing. Looks like its dropped 10mm

yes, I saw it again with a heated floor
I think it's the insulation they put under the heated pipes.

or if it was to put too much screed
they put a lightened pre-set
made from polystyrene and cement, this with heat
it goes down, I honestly have not understood why it happens.

I've seen that a few times on timber floors on new builds or extensions but never on a solid floor

Seen it on a block and beam floor which settled, coupled with Kingspan laid on rubble in the corners, then ufh and liquid screed.
It bounced in the corners of the rooms.
Rubbish builders again...
