I suppose it's one thing a man should be able to make and generally it has to be bursting with flavour and heat, spice wise that is.

What is your recipe ? Get them up, nowt better than a killer beef curry in my eyes!!!

I find it embarrassing that I can make a better curry than 95% of the curry houses around here. The only curry that I've had that blew my taste buds (whilst sober!) was in Bradford, where the novelty of actually being able to identify the ingredients was a whole new experience!

Currus in England are generally very poor.

i love curry but curry dosn't love me....

Already ground up in the jars , do use cumin seeds and coriander seeds occasionly and do dry roast them first then mash up in my pestle and mortar. got to make a nice batch of ginger and garlic paste today mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.
