I find it embarrassing that I can make a better curry than 95% of the curry houses around here. The only curry that I've had that blew my taste buds (whilst sober!) was in Bradford, where the novelty of actually being able to identify the ingredients was a whole new experience!

Currus in England are generally very poor.

Already ground up in the jars , do use cumin seeds and coriander seeds occasionly and do dry roast them first then mash up in my pestle and mortar. got to make a nice batch of ginger and garlic paste today mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.

My great uncle Ranji Wiverus past down an age old curry recipe to me on his death bed. It had been most talked about curry amongst the spice warriors of Enfield for many years and i was honored to take up the mantle. Unfortunately after sampling one of my first attempts at making the gunpowder fulled masterpiece i lost all control of my bodily functions. The only thing to hand at the time for mopping up was the piece of paper with my uncles recipe written on it! Forgive me Uncle Ranj.
