Tell us What is your mixer make, and how you operate your mixing-up set up when you are working.
IE, what do you mix in -on ?.
do you have a water-butt ?.
big -little mixes.?
you-or labourer?
just every thing you do or like it done in a certain way,

Topps tiles own brand mixer. This is only used on big jobs. Otherwise it's mixing by hand for me. I sometimes use my Makita drill and a paddle I use for grout, but I think if I overuse it it will burn out the motor.

I use a variable speed SDS drill and a large paddle and a flexi tub mixer for the adhesives.

For grout I use a bucket and bucket trowel. I prefer to mix the grout by hand so I can get the consistency just how I want it.

£39.95 paddle mixer from Lidl or Aldi - best value tool around. When I first bought a paddle mixer 15 years ago I told my son I didn't need him anymore!
He's still with me but now it's me that does the mixing.
As I struggle to lift a full bag mix it's usually just a half bag enough for a couple of metres at a time.
When we're on the geometrics it's normally a hand mix for the borders .
