Can't take up the ply without stripping all the new bathroom as in image.

Get nifty with a saw, you can cut around the bath and perimeter, and then lift the loo.

Alternatively, I'm wondering if you can pull up the tiles and then cut wedi board and screw to the dodgy ply? Not sure if that meets regulations and whatnot but I'm wondering if it would work, maybe the professional lads could confirm?

Ahhhh sorry I just read the thread properly again. I thought it was a ply fail situation.

Going to bite the bullet, went today and got some replacement tiles, the supplier said the very best for my situation is Bal Rapid Flex Fiber plus, Bal Acrylic primer, with Bal Micromax 2 grout Do you pro's agree before I start?
Thanks

I still wouldn't tile on ply, I did around 6 bathrooms tiling on ply year ago and at least 5 have had problems.

It makes me shudder going anywhere near it again, Use Hardiebacker.

Is the plumber going to sort at his expense like I had to Johnboy??

Is there any Pro's who have an opinion on the adhesive sold to me to redo the floor?
Cheers

This is an interesting one. What was the original adhesive used, and did your fixer prime the floor before fixing?
Is it all the floor or just a select few?

I would screw and glue (flexible tile adhesive) down some 6mm Hardi-backer onto your nice and clean ply and start again....re-use the tiles (if you can).
