Only members can use the PM system, so no matter how many guests view then they cannot pm said job advertiser.. we also remove email contacts etc, so members have to pm direct..

As Liz has said members have to have a certain amount of posts before they can pm other members..

So.. We shall not be altering the way the system works.. we cannot guarantee any member does a good job for these posters, so to say we shall only allow arms members etc is pointless IMO as we do not know most of you from Adam and we do not know what your work quality is like.

So it is soley upto the job poster to get members to quote and like any other estimate choose who they think is suitable..

The only other time that we say a member is worthy is when Admin personally recommend members for jobs if they ask us too and we only do this for our Trusted advisor's..

So in short..NO we shall not be altering things from what they are now.. it will not work and it will do more harm than good to Tilers Forums..

i agree all jobs should be shown to forum members only at first and then to non members if it is not filled and surely if forum members see the jobs first then theres more chance the job will get done rite

As I said earlier, whatever Admin decides is the way the forum will go.

I think the system works fine as the limits on PM's stop most browsers, the only thing that is annoying is when posters don't say where in the country they are:mad2:
