New Tile Giant store has got off to a bad start!

Not good is it?! I used to get a xmas card from Pockets every year and they never paid right, I stopped collecting them the second year but still get the notes from the posty. lol

Saw a thing on watchdog about wedding invitations that had a small bow on them stopped them being a certain size, though not all of them, just the ones with the bow a couple of mm bigger than the next. So embarrased brides were getting lots of calls from half their 300 invitations saying they had to collect it and pay! lol

Apparently even some that are okay'd at the post office got the extra charges at the sorting office. So even post offices can't always guarantee it for you.

Was it an unusual size or something mate?

Postage mistakes happen, makes people neither idiots for getting it wrong sometimes nor people dopey for accepting it... good grief, just go to the store and say something nicely, you probably get a discount on something...

It's fair enough to say in this case it was just a balls up on either the managers or the printers part. I'm sure even TG wouldn't mind knowing about this. I loved it to the arms before the "oh I hate tile giant too" posts come from topps staff etc :lol: but other than that I think it's fair in this case.

I'd remove a "Fell out with TG Manager today" type thing as I think that could be a bit one-sided and go down the wrong road.

I wish I had the option of wether to use TG or not, but none anywhere near me so I don't have the option:mad2:
