I've been widening holes this week Antonio and I wish I had one as it would have made life easier, cutting 4 inch holes out of porcelain is always a bit of a pain

make a rough hole with grinder,
then, round up with a bit like that of the photo.
otherwise, make 4 50mm holes
and make the round with ....

I've often thought about these . Obviously takes less floor space which can be at a premium with large tiles in small spaces . Also i wonder if it would reduce the physical stress of putting a large tile in the cutter .
