Lol if its gonna stay that way id just tile the wall, sill and the left return on the sill. Only big joint your gonna see is the tile runnin from end of bath up to the sill if the tiles 10mm thick plus trim will leave you about an 8mm grout joint jobs a good en get paid and go home lol

bed out the tiles a bit then silicon or double tile it then give it a drive way guarantee

if you have enough tile the sill and the return go all the way up you wont hardly notice the joint at either end just bed them out to suite mate you on day rate?

@Mr Tiler i was at home at 13:30 today ran out of floor and wall tiles.. have you heard of the company Bath store ? there useless not on day rate either price per meter im getting bent over ........

it wouldnt even be a slither it would look bad imo, boxing out would look crap too due to the sill being in the way and it not being a straight run
