Nomoreply - which adhesive & screws?!?!?!?

Again

If you board a ceiling or a floor you cross joints, lay one way then the other so there is no transfer of weakness. By doing this with ply say in a 5m2 bathroom you are faced maybe with 2 joints where as with a substrate board there are at least double that so surely the floor has more weak points.

Are you saying then that the glue will fix these boards so they effectively become one sheet and in doing so presumably waterproof ??

Can you reply to this please ??/

if the floor is springing other remedial work may be necessary prior to the laying of the NoMorePly.?????

Grumpy Grouters - Yes it does

Wetdec - Yes the sheets do effectively become like one sheet. The joints would be waterproof, the Nomoreply is unaffected by water ingress. If we are using NoMorePly with the Kaskade wetroom tray - we follow manufacturers guidelines re: two coats of SBR (to waterproof) and we tape the joints. Bathroom floor we usually treat the same way (prime & tape)

Robbo - If the floor was springing excessively and thought it was too much movement for Plywood - it would be too much movement for NoMorePly - i.e floor joists shrunk and moving in their sockets, I would try get access to pack joist ends with slate.
