Do you polish them back with the diamond hand pads?
I must say I'm very impressed do u mark the angle on the tile in pencil

I guess the mitre angle isn't important as long as it's more than 45

Haha it's just repetition Kyle, I've done a massive amount over the last year.
Just don't get too near the top edge or you'll blow the front out.
Its better if you can keep the blade cool too.

Dead right mate, if you go too far tho Andy, the finished corner is very brittle.
You end up with an edge which is much wider than the thickness of the tile, does that make sense?
