Hi mate, i've got the Norton TT 200EM, it's the next one up from the one you're looking at. It has a beefy 800 Watt motor and has easily cut granite, natural stone, porcelain and 20mm thick limestone, and i'm still on the first blade. Check it out on the web site you found the TT180 EM on, it's £120 inc vat

for a first time wet saw the GENESIS pro cut is niffty piece of kit £102 plus vat comes in 240v or the 110v (maybe a little dearer for the 110) but a must if you intend doing site work.

When i first got it i used it on a job inside the room with me and it was fine, just take a few mins to maybe put a polythene sheet down just in case. Now i've broken the disc guard off ( i lost my temper ), water goes everywhere:lol:.
As for mitres, i've done it once with a natural stone and it was spot on.
Overall i'm impressed with it and would get another one when mine dies
