for a nighshift in a restaurant or similar i would mark up 33% or there abouts,thats what i charged for an indian take-away that had to be open during work hours

I don't have a set mark up, it depends. If it is on something commercial where you have to leave no trace of you being there so they can open up the next day then I take into account the extra set-up and cleaning work. So this can be anything from an extra 50-200%
