lol sorry guys for spreading confusion, i see me calling these things 'paddles' is a bit misleading and i stand corrected they are simply paint stirrers. In reply to earlier posts yes, i've used a margin trowel, just once or twice;) i just found the plastic mixer a useful wee tool for mixing smaller quantities of grout. the one i had was similar to the picture posted by color republic only without the holes in it and it was hard plastic therefor quite rigid. I couldnt find similar ones online and wondered if anyone else had. like i said, not something i lose sleep over but its wee odds and ends like that i prefer to get online so that when it arrives its like a little present to myself:drool5: Anyway thanks for all the suggestions lads:)
