priced one last week 100 sqm floor ,the couple are buying their tiles from one of the most expensive tile shops in the area ,live in a very nice area but came out with the poverty plea" we really would like you to do it but we have ran out of money as we have spent loads on the extension and it needs to be a really cheap price for the fitting " I gave them our standard rates for 60x60 polished porcelain less 5 % and got text saying "Thankyou for the quote but we have to be careful with the price as we are so near to the end of the job " Not much I can do to help if they have overspent on their build other than tile the job for nothing and pay for their adhesive
