Polo or tee shirt

I'm going to get some polo shirts or tee shirts printed with name etc on them. I'm not sure what colour to get, i was thinking of burgundy with yellow logo embroidered business name on the front and business details on the back. Tee shirts are very good quality and are £4.50 polo shirts are £7.99 each and embroidery charge on the front £3.50 and direct transfer on half of the back £5.00. Was going to get 4 tee shirts and 4 polo shirts. What have you guys got, or any ideas of different colours.

To get noticed i would go with pink t-shirt and black embroidery to really stand out,but bergundy and yellow sound ok.

I have both, palin old navy for me with white logo etc.

Navy shows up the adhesive ive wiped all over them! Keep a clean polo in the van for pricing up work.

I agree Polo's give out a more professional image, red with white writing really stands out. If they are to use for working in why pay extra for embroidery.

polo's look smarter....here's what I do, go to Primark buy several polo's £2.50 each, take them to a local embroiderers and have my logo put on £3, I have a smart looking work shirt for £5.50...the quality of the shirts is good, and as I go through them, I don't see the point of paying any more for them..Mark.

When i got mine doen used a supplier in doncaster

I supplied all the sweatshirts and t shirts bought from marks & spencer for around £9 each very ud quality and paid them to embroidery on them £7 each

The colours of my choice were grey and navy sweat shirts with red italic writing

Looked very nice indeed if i do say so my self

The reason why i opted for embroidery over printing as tried printing once before some years ago and put em in washing machine half a dozen times and they r faded and ready to crumble

Polo shirts look smarter.

I have black with silver & grey embroidered logo on the front, and massive great white transfer lettering on the back - cheap advertising. Wear 'em every where too and it drives my wife mad!

My polos have my name on the front and then big on the back with phone numbers.There black with orange embroidery,look great only problem is when I go to get ply from B&Q I always get asked wheres the bathroom suites.:lol:

I'm thinking of getting some shirts printed too. Not sure if to go for a white polo with the 365 logo.

Or the yellow and black of the product.
