Poor finish? My tiler thinks he has completed the job but I don’t. Opinions please

Am I right to be disappointed with this finish and expect my tiler to return to put things right? He tells me he has finished my job. Thanks in advance.

Thank you for your replies. I’m a female living alone so sometimes I doubt my own judgements when it comes to work by trades people. No - luckily I learnt from previous jobs and haven’t paid a penny yet. He was in a rush to get away when doing it so the grouting was rushed. He did return last night and spent 3.5 hrs replacing scratched tiles and improving the grouting. He’s returning again as I still don’t think it looks a professional finish. I appreciate your opinions. Thanks
