poor quality mosaic

I do pretty much the same as Gooner with wonky sheets, I dont do a mosaic job without my trusty small Wickes knives, to open out any rows/ columns that are bit off. Luckily Ive not come across a batch of really bad ones so far.

i also use a Stanly to open the sheets but i am with Gary on this one they needed to go back. if you pay top cash you do not expect to have sub standard materials.

Funnily enough I am using the very same tile on an artistic mosaic commission right now, I am very pleased the way they can be cut, nice and neat, no splintering...
