did a porcelain floor just before Xmas .client calls me this week to say that tiles cut around external corners have cracked .been round and they have too even with ditra underneath . Anyone know why this happens . It is certainly not the first time . I really don't think I should be responsible for putting this right , these particular tiles were on sale at b&q but others in past have come from reputable tile suppliers
think its just one of those things that are meant to haunt us. just luck whether they crack or not .what pisses me off is that client thinks it is fixer fault not the tile

I state that for now I have never happened, breaking problems.
with grinder never reach the end point of 90 °.
stopping more than 1cm from the point.
break tiles with your hand. then round off with a grinder. inside corner.
