Price check on 1st supply and fix

Guys I would like some advise on the 1st supply and fix job I've been able to quote for.

Its an insurance job customer is paying me not insurance company. But he needs the quote to show insurance company.

I've been asked to supply tiles as close to old ones which are 330mm x 330mm trav copy ceramics. So I'm going for Nerea Crema from Tile giant @ £623 for 30m2

I'm charging for all materials as its an insurance job. Is this the norm??

The floors a mess so I shall be leveling it 1st so 11 bags of ultra level form topps included.

To summarise,

27.32m2 leveled and tiled
£1174.39 materials inc tiles

Am I going about this the right way and what would you charge?

I would charge about £1250, your not far off though.

Not sure of the depth of the slc or what addy your using

Dean,what is that price you quoted..is that for tiles and slc and you have tiling above this price?

i would be closer to £1500 for everything,depends how much you pay for slc.I hear b and q are selling it cheap...lol my price might be even more depending on this.

Surely not? I've worked out materials cost (at retail price) and it comes to £1174.34

How much am I paying or how much am I charging? I'm charging the retail price. £31 for mapei Kerraquick. Its the insurance company paying surely you wouldn't pass the trade disscount on to them??

dean THATS TOO EXPENSIVE FOR KERRAQUICK M8...you will get that much cheaper.

Tiles £623 = £551.39 Less SLC 11 bags @ ?, lets say £12 = £132 = £419.39.

About 7 bags of Adhesive ? approx £90

leaves you £329.39 for one day levelling plus laying 30 m2 of tiles .

Are you happy with that ???
