pricing advice for 2 small toilets/shower rooms

Hello all,

A little advice needed please,

just wondering how much to charge to floor tile a toilet/shower room 1sqm and a toilet with sink room 1sqm. There is no prep work and will be laying straight onto ply. The customer is supplying the 30 x 30 riven black tiles. Also any advice on grout type and addy would be great...Oh and tile sealing.

I know this is a tiny job but there is a potential for a lot more if they like my work.

Thanks very much.....Brendan.

If £100 gets the job done in 1 day and it will lead to more work then fair enough, I would put my day rate of £160 in and offer a discount for future work, Its really only your call though, too cheap and it will tend to stick with you, price as you mean to go on.

:thumbsup::thumbsup:

i would go in for at least 130 labour only if your not as experienced as mentioned if you go in to cheap you will be remembered as a "cheap tiler " stick to your guns mate

as others have said Brendan, don't go to cheap on the promise of more work. I've found in the past that these "other jobs" tend not to materialise!:thumbsdown: If you think you'll get it done in a day, charge a days rate!:thumbsup:
