BAL Problem with bal grout ebony

Hello ive got the same problem im my bathroom with the ebony from bal first and last time i ever use there products i use mapei on a weekly basis never a problem and for some strange reason i used bal on my own its all herringbone it's going to be a nightmare to re do it never again 😬
