Silicone carbide pads will be what you're looking for.

Hermes & Sait are a well known brands and available from most masonry suppliers.

(the ones used in the video above are Hermes).

If it's a process you're going to make a habit of undertaking then you might want to consider a profile tool to actually cut the shape, then use the finer grades of pads to get a polished finish on it.
