PVA priming prior to latexing????

Hi, Any views on priming screed with PVA prior to latexing.

Use an acrylic primer.

How come this keeps coming up,if people are trained right then they dont need to ask,i no it sounds as if i am having a go but come on guys.PVA is a NO NO, ACRYLIC PRIMER all the time

If you read my question and my reply again, I was just asking for VIEWS on it for latexing only. Im fully aware not to use PVA thank you very much...
