It’s the live feed to 130htz switch is variatting between 30 ohms and 35 ohms you need to negative feed it to the main motherboard setting required frequency to match the existing supply and check the earth 😉

You're not far wrong, turned out to be mouse damaged wiring and a couple of 20 year old capacitors that had dried out and failed. Parts to repair cost about a quid, labour bill was 5 hours.

It's old, the PLC that's half visible on the right which controls it uses embeded software that's based on Windows 3.1
