So I'm final fixing and I get to the free standing bath, I've fitted the fanny trap and I'm like 'nooo! I'm gonna have to cut out my tiled floor - no way it's gonna fit otherwise.'
I set up the angle grinder, mark a huge area to chop out and thought I'd give a plumber mate of mine a ring, along with the above photo, to illustrate my desperate situation.
'Swap the blanking cap round you eejut!'

I blame the long hours!

back splint is off now, only need to wear it in bed (my wife has been saying something similar for years haha!), need to wear a thumb sock to reduce the swelling though 😉
