So today was spent first fix piping for a couple of new rads. As expected was a right pain - and yes I'm not the greatest fan of polypipe but sometimes needs must. Hidden door behind the stud wall meant it was a life saver.

Looks lovely mate.
Beautiful lines around that window!
Strange place for a light switch??? Surely better to move to outside the door, or install a PIR switched light?

Everything about this house is strange! I can't get on personally with PIR lights in bathrooms/toilets. I spend a good half hour taking a dump (a bit of me time) and I have to wave my arms about every 5 mins when it goes dark!

Popped in today to tile the utility room splash back and found the obligatory boxes of toilet roll holder, towel holder and mirror so fitted them and took some final pics.

Found some mint angled valves for the posh rad that show no pipes when fitted.

Yeah they're from porcelanosa, she said she spent the best part of a grand and that's with 40% off.
Walls were 9mm ceramics 31x90 and floor were 10mm porcs 60x60 - can't remember the names though.
Worse thing is Tile Giant do the same window wall tiles but at 31x60 and the porcelanosa ones are 31x90 but because the window wall was 97cm I had to cut them down so lots of money must have been wasted there.
