Ok so I’m trying to snap this bad boy and it ain’t snapping.. I ain’t exactly he-man but I’m no penfold either.. so do I just adding pressure to my ‘snaps’ until it breaks (or I break my wrist)?

You "tap" rather than "press" the breaker bar.
Yeah that’s what I was doing.. the sales rep showed me how to use it. I’ve just managed to break off the corner of the piece I wanted  but I can use the remaining part if I can get the rest off which is fine.

Anyone know if these particular tiles are harder than normal? (Is aware that may be a stupid question but I feel pretty stupid right now so what can you do)

Make sure your score has a good sound to it and try and level the tile up a bit with a packet of some discription at the far corner which is tilting down. Keep the larger side of the tile to the left as Antonio says. Once scored gently apply pressure with the breaker about 15/20mm back from the top end of the tile until you hear the glaze break a little and no more, then bring the handle back to the bar end and at 15/20mm back from the edge apply the handle so it’s firm then give a quick tap to snap the tile.

There aren’t any measuring lines so it’s kinda hard to gauge what that is?
There is a Mark on the handle for bar setting . Look in the brochure to see it .

Are we making the assumption he is right handed
