Remove plinths for tiling a floor?

i think it would be a great idea for the guys on here to share their experience thru tutorial videos, i definettly find it easier to watch it being done rather than read about how its done.maybe the forum could add,a how to video section.which people could upload to.as bri says if you've not been taught how to do something ,then you cant do it.or maybe some one who would like to learn a particular skill,could put a shout out to anyone near by to invite them to watch them do it. its all about the confidence girlfriend:idea3:

I don't mind helping anyone out. There's a few here that already call me for advice. Not sure about doing the vid thing though lol. Anyone needing advice on Joinery, electrical, plumbing or decorating, I'm here
 
I really don't get this..? just because your a tiler dose that mean you must be perfect in every job in the building trade..? like Bri I've never lost a job cause I don't plain a door, infact most customers don't expect me to as that's a carpenters job.....or one of you multi bodgers jobs...:sofahide:..:lol:

yea coz here's one I bodged last year in Aylesbury...you stay behind that sofa Kilroy !

7 now. For the record, I always saw/plane down plinths or doors that I'd taken off to tile. I'm sure my customers would be cross if I didnt. I use a hand saw and/or an electric planer.
 
may be we should all turn into multitraders ,seems the way to go ,just saying like,i dont think,ill stick to what i know then i cant be acused of conning folk:mad2: comes to mind:incazzato:
