I am a member of the sister forum (ukplumbersforums) and give advice daily and receive advice daily and it is brilliant, thats why I joined this one also for help/advice, as I have said I'm not a tiler but keen to learn and willing to listen to ALL comments.

I thought i recognised the User name..

I helped you out on the plumbers forum when a member got out of order on there with you..

Please excuse the odd member as some are also newish and not quite grasped the rules yet..

Good luck with the tiling job and the members will help where they can..

Thanks Guys for all your comments...I'm only striving to do my best in something I'm relatively new to, and trying to be as prepared as possible...it's no good if I do a job and think it's right and ask the crucial questions after the job.
Thanks Again.

Hello again Helpsy

Just a word of encouragement since I was one of the earlier replies ref your new Fein tool.
I started to do all of our plumbing on our complete bathroom and wetroom installations because I could not find a reliable plumber who would do exactly what I asked for and do the work when I wanted it done. Now I reckon we are better, neater and show more attention o detail than virtually any plumber I know, except one.

You are a plumber who wants to tile bathrooms as part of the whole job and I welcome you to this select band of multiskilled tradesmen. The big advantage of doing all the trades in house - (as long as you are competant of course) is that you can do all the stages of the work together and not have to wait for a tiler to tile a shower wall before you can final fit the recessed thermo valve etc - no waiting and in full control of the quality.

As others have said we welcome you on TF and if you need help there's plently here.

:welcome:

Ask away
Richard
