yes 4-6 weeks is recommended, didnt need him as the tiles were put up so badly that they came off whole in 3 a nd 4 at a time.have you not got to wait 4-6 weeks till you tile onto plaster?
wont that **** the job up for a good while.
the few times ive mentioned that time scale to punters they have turned their nose up.
I was taught 1 day/mm of plaster thickness. Obviously if it is a full re-plaster then yes, that long!have you not got to wait 4-6 weeks till you tile onto plaster?

Yes, I think it is a common practise. Obviously within limits!evening lads, ref knocking off tiles. if the damage to to the plaster isnt large scale does anyone use raidset to fill out?? no waiting for weeks. just an idea, heard this some where before.
Yes it can be done, but the B.S is obvioulsy to bond it out or do a patch and repairevening lads, ref knocking off tiles. if the damage to to the plaster isnt large scale does anyone use raidset to fill out?? no waiting for weeks. just an idea, heard this some where before.
Same here, hammer option on drill with chisel end. Its the dogs. Really quick Just have to watch plasterboard walls.:8:
I take it you guys are refering to an SDS drill with a chisel action rather than a normal rotory hammer drill...?
